I've been a bad dieter

I didn't have breakfast this morning because I was running late. Now, I feel hungry, sluggish, and am beginning to get a headache. I see why they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well, here's my list for today, Friday. - Breakfast- none :'(

Well, here's my food list from yesterday: - Breakfast-Cereal with milk
- Lunch-Minostrone Soup; chicken salad sandwich (w/pickles, lettuce, cheddar cheese, bread 2x); wheat thins; mac and cheese
- Dinner-Salad with Avacado, onions, salsa, and cheddar cheese; two tacos (meat, beans, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce)
- Snack(s)-banana, peanut butter, and jelly sandwich, milk
- Glasses of water- 6

Topic: Thoughts about the day...
I've come to realize that this diet of mine is going to be harder than I thought. I think it would help if I got a copy of the food pyramid so I know how much I'm supposed to be eating each day. Also, I need to start getting into a routine of exercise. I think I will find some exercises from online and print them out. Plus, my dad said he has some old weights in the garage that I can use. With these things, and my bike and walking, I should be on my way to weight-loss in no time.

So, here is the food I've eaten since Monday: Monday - Breakfast-Cereal; toast 2x; milk
- Lunch-hummus w/carrots, cucumber, and pita chips; peanut butter and jelly sandwich; cheese stick; fruit
- Dinner-will ask mom
- Snack(s)-Popcorn
- Glasses of Water-4
Tuesday - Breakfast-1egg with 1 slice of cheese; toast 2x ; sausage 2x; hashbrowns; milk
- Lunch-Two Tacos with meat, cheese, onions, lettuce; avacado; salsa; refried beans with cheese; sourcream
- Dinner-Hamburger Helper (meat, cheese, and pasta); steamed broccoli; piece of bread
- Snack(s)-mozerella stick; wheat thins; Limeade; strawberry shortcake icecream bar
- Glasses of water-6
Wednesday- - Breakfast-Cereal;milk
- Lunch-Sandwich (Turkey, Creamchesse, Pickles, Lettuce, bread 2x); Apple Parfait (with Yogurt); carrots; cucumbers
- Dinner-Fish sticks (5); mac and cheese; salad, piece of bread
- Snack(s)-beefstick; preztills, granola bar, FUSE drink
- Glasses of water-5
